Course Objectives The course covers learning the stages of a construction project from conceptual planning stage to delivery to the end user. The objective is to learn the roles of engineers and architects involved in these stages.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Define construction projects.
  • Use the optimization models for the site management.
  • Perform cost and quantity analysis.
  • Design construction projects.
  • Discuss the construction management.
Course Description This course includes concepts of construction management and site management. During the classes, various quantity takeoff applications and management problems solve.
